new method

i got taken off of my anti-depressants yesterday after i had my doctor at the appointment for my depo shot. i also decided to get off of the depo shot because i was told that if you stay on the shot for too long, you increase your likelyhood to get osteoporosis when you get older. i need another method of birth control if i won't be getting injected with the shot, so the doctor said that she could switch me to some kind of pill where you would get your period after two months. i'll go swimming today at the courage center and my ride comes in 15 minutes, i gotta get ready.
